I ordered it and after I installed it, I found that it was not a rigid structure. I contacted PATIO life for an RA number so I could return the IT. They said: "Any product that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way is not to return." This is absurd! How can you see IF THE PRODUCT IF YOU DO NOT mount any good.
